Change Location of in Game Messages on Screen

Does anyone know where the file is to change the location of the in game messages on the screen. I have a multi monitor setup, which causes a problem with my in game messages at their current location. I only see half of the mission message. I looked in FUI/RESOURCES, but I could not find the file.

 

Any help would be Greatly appreciated.

Edit: Actually reading that, seems the only ones that they didn't figure out, are the same ones you're having trouble with.. doh.

Yeah I saw that post already. That is the file I am looking for. (The one that they didn't figure out.) I am hoping that someone may have found that file.
