manfrez01 Posted December 23, 2010 Posted December 23, 2010 (edited) After seeing a post about the mission editor of Fc2 and its virtues, I doubt arose, of why not have a scale of degrees of complexity, for example from 1 to 10 plus Low-Mid-High to classify and missions from this base to edit with a standard degree of difficulty. But the problem is that I do not know much of the potential of the editor and I think there should be a standard scale from which to start work. For example Low Scale 1-3 Normal takeoff Climatology and wing loading. Troops-Convoy Attack's - Precision Attack Air-CAP-earth attacks. Medium scale 4-7 Half weather, wind and medium visibility , Triggers-AWACS-operatives (DCS BS-FC2). AAA - force against force-IA's-Attack Air-Air- Complex Climatology and Visibility. High Scale 8-10 Limited visibility, storm, rain, wind. AAA-troop-strength against strength, Triggers, Precision Co-Attack-AWACS-Refueling-IA 's air-air attacks. Of course, these examples do not mean that if we have a mission high scale 9 º not have an excellent climate without coverage and excellent visibility can be other factors determining the degree of complexity, but that's exactly the point of my proposals, determine what factors are essential to give a degree of difficulty on a mission. I think that is where the field work on the potential of each vehicle oh IA and strategy to use without neglecting the objectives. Clear that this scale applies only to a mission-style cast purely real simulation without external views etc. Please if this topic already been discussed let me know and will delete this message.
