ViperVJG73 Posted June 7, 2005 Posted June 7, 2005 I have had several hardware failures on my computer and had got to new hardware replace over 40%. The Reg. Key didn't reaktivate, my FC.1.1. I could not but consume my 4 residuary aktivations keys. I have changed my Motherboard with CPU my Graphics card an new HD inset. Transaction ID 000000D1-BFDC-0001-0000-EBBF373C345D Your Support Adress: support@lockon.ru answer with a "mail delivery failed: returnig message to sender" Then I send a mail to webmaster@lockon.ru with the same error code. Now i send my mail to the "team@lockon.ru" It came a reply from webmaster lockon ru. I should give reasons why I a new key need. On my answer I got once again the error message: "mail delivery failed: returnig message to sender" Why do I get no further activations key. It has been reported the it a total of 15 give should. Due to hardware changes i had to reinstall my FC 1.1 serveral times And then you give the reg-key patch .... very nice and all but for guys like us it's not very usefull ... maybe try and find other 'key' items wich the patch can relate on. All nice and well but you have two very frustrated users and probably more ... The thing is, i bought a game fare and sqaure, but now i can't play it because i have to little activations. And why do the internet consumers have 5 activations and the hardware consumers have 15 activations .. the difference is a LITTLE to big, for if you haven't noticed. Anyway the problem still stands .. plz come with a sollution, i wanna play :( I also send an email to star-force, they gave me two adresses from wich i could probably get a new key, almost a week has past and no reply .. plz help me ... it is such a waist of the game AND the waist of your consumers. mooseTyler-Durden Posted June 9, 2005 Posted June 9, 2005 I'd like to know what the system is for new activations too: Starforce asked me for activation three times in two days, for no reason whatsoever. This brought my total down to one remaining activation, (If we say there are only five activations). I have used the registry thingymajigy, but people have reported that it doesn't do it's job properly. A few people in my squadron are having problems with the starforce activation, and it's spoiling the gameplay. [moose] are right in the middle of a big campaign, but we are losing members as the starforce takes them to the dark side :P I'm a bit disapointed that Eagle Dynamics has not thought of this problem in advance, or, as two people have commented here on the forums, not even posted a message to let them know. Even a "Hey, sorry you have to buy the game all over again" would at least be an answer, (not a good one, but it's still an answer). I have send another mail to Eagle Dynamics and had got to substantiation give why I not accounting unit activation by Reg key save made.
