New F4 View

With past DCS sims, I have been able to locate and alter the F4 view (Lockon Flaming Cliffs, Black Shark, Lockon 2, etc. but I haven't been able to locate and figure out where to start. In the past I think I altered the Server lua file but not so as I can see in A-10C Warthog. The view I am attempting to alter is LSHIFT F4.

 

Can someone give me a starting point as to where the key is initially written???
