I saw this topic over at simhq.

And think it can help someone whit problem ,

 

Much to my chagrin Santa's HOTAS gift was, if not dead on arrival, very sick.

Right throttle was totally flakey, ranging from inop to intermittent.

Tech support sent PDF of special firmware install procedure and it worked!

 

How to do it:

 

Unplug stick and throttle.

On throttle, hold down autopilot disengage and landing gear warning silence buttons and plug in USB connector.

On joystick, hold down trigger and red S2 weapon release button and plug in USB.

Then run firmware update procedure.

 

I ran the standard firmware update Christmas Day and didn't help. This method worked.

 

Checked in TARGET before and after - problem solved.
