Funkyjazz Posted January 6, 2011 Posted January 6, 2011 Hi, I also fly with Flightsimulator 2004 PMDG 747-400. There is a very powerful software application on the market for Flightsimulator. Its called: FSUIPC. Its a API trough which a lot of functions within FS can be arranged. One of the best functions is the assignment of buttons, axis ect. I have tested it yesterday with my T&T Switch panel from VRinsight. Example: The standard assignment tool within FS9 its only possible to assign funtions too my two way buttons on my T&T panel: "ON" for lights on, but its not possible to assign the same button in the OFF position for lights OFF. With FSUIPC that is possible! I can use the switches on my T&T panel in two directions, or, i i am able to assign the switch twice: Pressed - Released. Looking at the A-10, is it possible to assign 2 funtions (ON and OFF) with 1 switch? If not, is it possible in the future to have a look at software that is able to do this? Without sollutions there aren't any problems CASE: CM 690 II / PSU: CM 750 Realpower / MB: MSI P55 GD65 / CPU: I7-860 @ 3,8 GHZ / MEM: 4x2GB OCZ 1866 Platinum / SB: Creative X-FI Extreme gamer / GPU: ASUS GTX 275 / HD: 2 x Samsung F1 1 GB / OS: WIN 7 64 Bit H.E. / MON: 1 x Samsung Syncmaster P2770HD & 1 x Samsung syncmaster 940bf / Logitech G27 / logitech G110 / Logitech M705 / Logitech Extreme 3D pro / Saitek Proflight Yoke, 2 USB Throttle controllers & rudders / TrackIR 4.0 /
AndyHill Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 I'd like to know the answer to this one as well. Obviously for the HOTAS Warthog this has already been done, but it would be great to have similiar ability for other switches as well. If this is already possible through Lua for example, please let me know and I'll take a look. My blog full of incoherent ramblings on random subjects: https://anttiilomaki.wordpress.com/
