HELP! Forgotten PW for MP!

i forgotten my password for Login to MP-room.

Hit"Reset" recieved no mail or any... info form(!)

 

Creating NEW; not able coz. my" email already exist" i intend to use THIS email for this(!)..

 

How can i go on... to get in? Please help!

Really not funny.. OR Beta, so it NOT possible(!???) ;i running Beta 4.
