i know the 4 regulars like:

Up LCtrl HOTAS TMS Up

Down LCtrl HOTAS TMS Down

Left LCtrl HOTAS TMS Left

Right LCtrl HOTAS TMS Right

 

BUT what is the meaning of TMS Right Short ???

 

i need it to create markpoints and i dont know how to use it

what should i press on keyboard for entering markpoint to DB?

The Short is how long you hold the button. Not sure of exact timings but if you press TMS Right quickly it will create a mark point when you are in any of the SOI's (Sensor of Interest) If you hold it for longer it will do another action, but in the standard configuration the TMS Right long doesn't do anything.

 

A good example is the China Hat forward with the TAD set as Sensor of Interest. If you press China Hat forward quickly it will expand the field of view, but if you hold it for longer it will Slave all to SPI.

 

The first part of the manual for Cockpit Controls explains the differnet buttons form page 84 to 90.

Right arrow + LCtrl = HOTAS TMS Right, just press it.. there is no long version of this button press....this is also assuming that you haven't remapped your keyboard :)

 

Also.. there's no overt indication that you've created a markpoint, keep pressing it looking for some kind of signal and all you'll do is create a boatload of markpoints for the same spot.... ( page 454 in the manual )
