MAThrasher Posted February 24, 2011 Posted February 24, 2011 I bought DCS as soon as the first Beta was available, and I got a serial number. Now when I login on the home page of DCS, there is no serial number anywhere. When I bought LockOn and BlackShark, the serial number would show when clicking on some button...maybe the download button? I can't remember how to get the serial number and I searched the forums. nomdeplume Posted February 24, 2011 Posted February 24, 2011 The "Payments" button under the menu on the left hand side will take you to the serial numbers. Also, they merged the accounts from the LockOn site and if there were any duplicate usernames without matching email addresses, the DCS account was renamed by adding a 1 to the end. So if you're not finding the Warthog serial number on your account, see if you can log on with username1 - it may be listed under that account instead.

When I go to the "Payments" tab, the only thing I get is a white screen with the sentence "No information or you have not bought any product yet." I bought A10C when the very first Beta was released. As my payment info and serial are missing if I use Firefox to login to the DCS website, I get the white screen also in firefox, however if I use Internet Explorer all the info is there. So I just use IE instead of FF to login to DCS website now. I can still use Firefox for the lockon website. Adding a 1 to the end of my username didnt do jack shizznit.
