Three Touch screens problem

I have a problem with the touch screens.

 

At the moment I can spread the display across the three screens, but I can only operate one screen with the touch screen function. This is because my current setup only supports one screen being plugged into USB. Can you help with this?

 

Could you tell me other way to how to set the three screens not use the SLI surround setup.

 

I am using Dual NVDIA GeForce GTX580 with Windows 7 64bit.And Eizo touch screen.
