I already bought DCS A10C and want to link it with Steam because I dislike only having 1 license left, because I had a few computer problems in the past, and I dont want to wait a whole month just to get a new one when the next breakdown happens.

Is it possible somehow?

No. There are only three ways to make a gamehave the ability to activate on Steam:

1) Be a Valve game.

2) Be purchased on Steam.

3) Be a game using the Steamworks system.

This is a limitation imposed by Valve. That said, A-10C is not even released on Steam yet. At least not in my territory.

Also note: you don't have to wait another month when "the next breakdown" happens. You have an activation. This means if your current machine dies completely you will still be able to play immediately as long as you obtain a new computer.
