Logitech joystick problem

I have a Logitech Wingman 3d with force feedback ... and Lock on 1.02 the problem is that it has no FF as i discussed in this thread

I`ve tried evrething ... it dose have FF in Il-2 or space sims ... so the joystick is not problem some settings maybe ???

ForceFeedbackEnabled = false;

in

config\Producer.cfg
