Setting up tower frequencies.

Hi. In the readme of BS is says that by copying a paragraph and editing it you can set up your own frequencies for each tower. I've been trying to do this but it won't except the new frequency. It still works on the old one. Also I've no idea what power I need to transmit a signal or what 124.65 is in Hertz.
