2011 - The Return of the Blue Eagles

You may remember us from Il-2 Sturmovik 1946. We used to fly blue and white P-51 Mustangs. The team had disbanded about three years ago and we all went our separate ways. Though the team had disbanded, the soul of the Blue Eagle still lives. Now, this soul has entered in Lock On Flaming Cliffs 2, inside the F-15 Eagle. The aims and objectives are what they were back in Il-2 Sturmovik 1946 - Motivation, Dedication and the strive for Perfection.

 

For our comeback, I have decided to start off as a 4-ship team, and if it would go well, I would probably extend to 6 ships. There are only 2 slots open - right wing(number 3) and slot (number 4).

 

The requirements to be a part of the team are similar, if not the same as they were before:

- Must be 17 and over

- Preferably have a HOTAS(Hands On Throttle And Stick) System

- Must have a good internet connection

- Must be between GMT-3 and GMT+3 Time Zones

- Must attend most/all training sessions(Missing a certain amount without a valid reason will result in a penalty)

- Preferably already have some experience in close formation flying

- Must be able to communicate with the other team members in English

- Last but not least, have fun and respect the other team members!

If this information is up to what is expected, a trial date would be settled and if that goes well, you would be on trial mode for 3-4 weeks. After completing the 3-4 weeks trial, you will be judged whether you would become an official Blue Eagle Pilot or whether you would need more time in trial mode.
