1.1.0.9 (Steam version): Training Missions not working?

Folks,

 

I just deployed DCS A10 (v1.1.0.9, Steam version) and am having trouble getting the training missions to complete. The missions load and start fine, but I lose the narrator and instructions in the middle of the mission (as if the trigger for the next instruction doesn't activate).

 

Specifically, here is what I've tried:

 

• Ramp Start - works perfectly.
  
• Takeoff and Basic Maneuvers - goes silent (no further instructions) after the take off and climb sequence.
  
• Navigation - goes silent after disconnecting AP at the first waypoint (KOTIPNARI).
  

 

At this point I've halted any further attempts at training. Hoping there is a quick fix. Help much appreciated.

 

(My Specs: DCS A10 v1.1.0.9-Steam, Win7-64, Core i7, 8GB, Radeon 6950 2GB.)

Pre 1.1.0.9 they were very broken, but going back to them after 1.1.0.9 I've found that they work pretty well, though I'm not sure I've redone Take-off or Navigation since 1.1.0.9.

 

My only advice is to make sure you wait til he's done talking to flip switches or change settings. He seems to occasionally not notice if you do it before he finishes speaking.

Were issues pre-1.1.0.9 that were fixed so it's strange that you're still experiencing issues. Just to eliminate possible mission-related problems, download and install these amended Training missions:
