Thrustmaster T-Flight Hotas X Joystick

Hey guys, Just bought me a new Thrustmaster T-Flight Hotas X Joystick to use with DCS: A-10C Warthog. Comes today in fact.

 

Could anybody that uses one of these sticks give me any pointers on how to set/bind the buttons to get the most out of DCS: A-10C Warthog?

 

Do you use the Thrustmaster T-Flight Hotas X Joystick? How do you have yours set up?
