JTAC how to mark target with IR?

Hello :) i trying to make my mission in mission editor and i wont to mark a night target with IR i set the soldier with m4 and give him a advance goal to mark my target with IR but when I call him he gives me only target co-ordinate and says that no mark... why it doesn't marking target with IR? please help me :(

Make sure your JTAC guys have a clear line of sight to the TGT.

You need a vehicle with a heavy weapon. The pointer's a big thing. One guy can't hold it.
