Purchased with Protx, but not showing up in purchases

I purchased Flaming Cliffs through Protx (ref:TXNDWNJDS2PI55HL19), but the purchase is not showing up in my purchases section on the lockon.ru site (username ArchieB) and I can't download Flaming Cliffs because of this.

 

This may be because I have Javascript disabled, and I had to manually click continue to forward from Protx to Lockon.ru at the completion of purchase.
