game not starting in steam

So I decided to download BS in steam...Now that it is downloaded I went to start it up AND nothing happens the pop up window appears saying "preparing for intal setup" then goes away instantly the black exe. box appears for a half second and then that's it. nothing else I have already disabled my user account settings, turned off my aniti-virus completley and even tried it with the firewall disabled (even though it is allowed access) What else am I missing that is going wrong?????

annnnd I just figured it out turn off the "in game steam community" setting
