Binding a second key to a diffrent account

Hi all, yesterday i bought myself and for a friend DCS-A10 and FC2 from the e-shop believing my friend can bind the second key to his own account as i did not see any kind of "gift" option. now apparently both keys are automatically registered to the account i bought them with. Is there any way to separate them or do i have to open a support ticket?

You'll have to use a support ticket for that, unfortunately. At this time the recommended gifting option is to create a new account in the E-shop, purchase there, and turn that account over to the gift recipient.

 

But since this is post-fact, a support ticket will be the way to adress it. Sorry for the inconvenience.
