EtherealN Posted January 31, 2012 Posted January 31, 2012 Unfortunately, if you are using the same e-mail for the site as you use for the forum account, this might be the problem - that specific service provider is a returning factor whenever e-mail messages get lost. I believe their servers filters them out before they even get to your own spam filters. (I guess the logic might be "Russia? PAH! Has to be spam!" or something, I don't know.) I would guess that the possible fix would be to obtain a login to use with the customer support ticket system and see if support can do whatever is needed to get you a password. I want to update the game but can't because I am not getting the site password in the e-mail. I have my documentation with my confirmation and my serial number. EtherealN Posted January 31, 2012 Posted January 31, 2012 If you have your serial number you should be fine. You do not need to be logged in to download. If a download server (as opposed to the site itself) requests a login it is because the server is currently overloaded and you should try either a different server, or the torrent file. To get help with your password, either a support ticket or a PM to Tez might help you. Please allow a day or two. I did so with no login at all. As long as you either have an activated copy installed, or (if you don't) have your serial number on hand, you do not need to log in to apply the update. The problem I would expect is online play though, since those accounts are linked.
