FC2 and X-52 Pro - can no longer assign functions

I am wondering why my X-52Pro can not assign certain functions in Lock On F2 anymore. For example, the weapon/launch button is not assignable for the F-15/A-10, and the sensors/laser ranger for the Su-25T suffers the same issue. I try creating a new profile but it no longer works.

I am running Win 7 64bit. Are there any fixes for this bug?

I noticed something similar to this a long time ago in BS1 but I can't remember how I fixed it.
