Civilian UAV Pilot questions.

Looking to become a UAV Pilot in the civilian sector. Previous Army NCO, civilian contractor now working in Afghanistan. Was curious about what needs to happen, what training I would need, where is the training, ect. Google has not been my friend as I have been researching for some time now.

 

I noticed University of North Dakota has a 4 year program, but I was looking for more of a trade school? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.
