Using "Other" Communications

In the campaigns, I discovered that you can actually task the other flights to perform their role (SEAD, CAS, CAP, etc). However, I'm not really sure how to do it.

 

For example, is it necessary to broadcast the SPI first?

Can someone explain how I would go about tasking a SEAD flight onto the TGT waypoint, prior to my entry?

No, you just request them to perform preplanned tasks. You can't order any flight apart from your own to engage at SPI etc.

Hi James,

 

The F10 radio menu was included by the designer of the mission. You normally must not give them a target. You just have to call them in (at the right moment).
