changing positions of menu's and text displays

Is it possible to change the menu's (Radio menu) so that they are dragable in game, and remember their positions?

 

I have a 4 monitor setup with a GTX670 - and I use 3 monitors in an Obutto, and a 4th monitor to hold the MFD's for A-10 Virtual Cockpit for iPad.

 

two things happen that are knid of a pain.

 

1) the radio menu positions itself out on the far edges of monitor #4.

2) the text for training, and for other messages positions itself on the far left of monitor #1.

 

Ideally, I'd like to be able to control those positions without editing lua's - in game.
