Ticket 14108 and 15865

Looking for my BS1 sn which I can't find on the download page.

 

The reply for 14108 was not the answer to my question as I have reinstalled my computer the registry was not saved so I'm still looking for my BS1 serial.

 

15865 was a new issue as it seem 14108 is dead in the water.

 

All transaction references are included in the tickets.

 

Please advice.

Have you checked both locations indicated there, as well as verified that you are using the correct account? (See third post.)
