RobertB Posted August 29, 2012 Posted August 29, 2012 I haven't played A-10C in quite some time, and have forgotten my username and password. I entered what I believed they were, but nothing worked, so I tried to register again, using new information, and, of course, it said my serial number was already associated with another account. I attempted to reset my password, no go. So, I initiated a ticket, # 16044, and am awaiting a reply. How long does this usually take? I've had issues with other platforms/games, and received a reply within 24 hours. I'm new to this forum, and am looking forward to any assistance I can get. Thanks!

I figured out the Username and PW, but now I get a error message saying "Invalid Product Key" :helpsmilie::helpsmilie::helpsmilie::helpsmilie:
