Wish improved aiming for ground units.

Ground SAMs which are using guns tend to miss... to often... I could understand ZU-23 missing a fighter, but even shilka and ships which are supposed to use radar guidance miss a slow moving chopper.

 

And by the way... radio SAMs are dead meat again... sad(
