Deactivation/Activation Catch 22

Without realizing that Deactivation was necessary prior to a significant upgrade I made this mistake and am unable to launch my 2 programs: DCS World with P-51D and A-10C Warthog, or my original A-10C Warthog Program.

When I attempt to Deactivate it will not recognize my original Activation Codes. After a clean reinstall it will not recognize my purchased Serial Numbers.

How can I salvage this Catch 22 situation without purchasing new serial numbers for A-10C and P-51D?

Five weeks ago I asked for assistance from Eagle Dynamics by direct email; also by way of a new technical support ticket from within User Support. I also attempted to send the error report both as an attachment or included in the message box and both attempts failed due to the lengthy file size; another Catch 22.

As of today the webmaster Andrei Ustinovich remains SILENT on my request for assistance.

Anyone is capable of an honest mistake :doh:and Silence is unacceptable after investing money in the equipment, the programs, and hundreds of hours of time as a Simmer. The Simmer Community at large has assisted Eagle Dynamics in the debugging of these programs, offering Technical Support to users, and in general supporting the development of these high-fidelity fantastic products. A wee bit of acknowledgment from Eagle Dynamics would be helpful and especially answering request for technical support from frustrated users.

If anyone can point me in the correct direction to solve this Catch 22, their assistance and counsel will be most deeply appreciated. And I am certain that I am not the only one who made this mistake nor will not make this one in the future.:(
