CTD in the air, first time

I've logged a few dozen hours in DCS so far, and until today, I never had a CTD while I was in the air; all CTDs were either while displaying server list, or else while in the P-51D on the ground. However, I've experienced an airborne CTD now, also while in the P-51. (I've never had any CTD while in an A-10C, under any conditions.)

 

It was multiplayer, with only myself and one other player in the mission. No A.I. aircraft. I was flying at perhaps 10,000 feet, my right wing damaged & trailing brownish mist. Not normal white fuel mist, but dirty, as if oil were somehow mixed in. The other player had crashed a minute or two earlier, and had not respawned. I was heading for an airfield on the coast.

One bit of information you can add. Were you the server host when this CTD happened?
