The serial number for my DCS A-10C Warthog is not showing up in the "Payments" area for the A-10C Warthog web site. I am logged on when I am trying to locate it. All of my other products do show up without any problem.

 

My Hardware Code is - L92B-RBJDLL-YJ8U76-T4NQEE-2568JD.

 

I was trying to find it because I could not get DCS A-10C Warthog to "de-activate. I have added an attachment showing the message I received when I was try to do the de-activation.

 

I lost 2 activations because of trying to get the de-activation to work. I would appreciate help with this.

I'm sorry, I don't quite understand the exact nature of the problem. You state in your ticket that you have the serial number?

Trouble Ticket #16578

 

Yes, I have the Activation Code which I copied down when I first purched the A-10C product. But when I go and look under the payments section of the DCS A10-C web site and look under payments, All of my products show up which I have purhcased except for the A-10C. I attached the message I received when I was attempting to de-activate A-10C so I could re-install the latest release of DCS World. Not being able to de-activate A-10C and the product not showing up in the Payment area could possibly be related.

I know everyone is very busy at ED but does anyone every respond to the tickets and emails in the "Payments and Activations" section.

Regarding the license number showing up on the website: have you used multiple accounts at some point? If so, have you tried adding the number "1" to the end of your login? See here: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=57556

 

Not being able to deactivate and the key not showing up should not be related.

 

You can check the details of your serial number, check this for instructions: http://en.wiki.eagle.ru/wiki/Troubleshooting:starforce:5.x#Something_strange_with_your_serial_number_or_activation_problems.3F

This will show you how many deactivations and how many activations you have left to the key, and also show you when they were used.

Yes I have tryed putting a 1 on my sign-n but that did not make a differance. I don't remember ever being able to locate my listing for the A-10C. I have both the activation code and the hardware code for the A-10C product if you want me to send it to you. My original number is TXNUZATE9ZIYCLAM1P. Please look at Ticket #16578!!!

StarForce see's my A-10C serial number without any problem, I can see all of the data related to my serial number.

I signed on to the "spnn" account about 3 or 4 times and under the payments area, no products show up.

You are correct. I did not pick up on the products being "Lock On" products.
