But sadly for the most part only available in French. That said, here's a translation of a few select pages:

 

The series is called Lieutenant Mac Fly. The artist, Jean Barbaud, is quite fond of military aviation and has drawn a bunch of other comics (la bande dessinée) relating to the field.
