Activation number lost

I have misplaced my activation confirmation email and cannot find any listing on the DCS website of my purchase's. I have tried all the links including the methods in this thread

These instructions don't work, the links just take me back to the download pages

I can't find any record of my purchase or my activation key, what should I do to get these records?

Have you confirmed that, upon logging into the website and navigating to the download section, you actually stay logged in? There is a possibility that a corrupt cookie causes you to be logged out, at which point the serial number link would not be there. In this case, you can either use a different browser temporarily, or clear cookies from your browser prior to logging in.

Using a different browser worked, I have recovered my key and stored it in a safe place.
