AGM-86C from B52H does not seem to work

AGM-86C from B52H does not seem to work. AI fires the missle but it goes straight down. Tried to launch from 10K, 6K, 1K meters with speeds from 800 to 450 km/h and distances 30-80km - no change. The missle just does not tend to fly.
