Mouse isnt working in F2 mode anymore

After yesterdays (12/11/2012) autoupdate my mouse doesnt work anymore when using F2 external view. I use to be able to spin around and zoom in and out with the mousewheels etc. But nope not anymore :( how can i fix this or is it a game bug?

Then, I couldn't use it in cockpit, either.
