Battlecry Posted November 21, 2012 Posted November 21, 2012 I have noticed a few bugs with the terrain, specifically with the collision of objects with the terrain. When I fire cannons or when air to air missiles fly into the ground, they travel a few seconds below the terrain before exploding. The effect for guns is a delayed hit effect on the ground several seconds after the shells actually impact the terrain. When following missiles using the F6 camera view, they definitely seem to fly for a few seconds under the terrain before detonating. This only happens with air-to-air missiles; unguided rockets and air-to-ground missiles don't have this issue. On another note, the two outermost weapon pylons on the MiG-31 cannot be armed with missiles in the mission editor. | Windows 10 Pro | MSI Z87-G43 | 4670k @4Ghz|MSI GTX 970| 8GB G.Skill 1866|Crucial mx200 |Razer Taipan| Razer Deathstalker | Saitek X52 | | Lock On: FC2 | Flaming Cliffs 3 | DCS: A-10C | DCS: BS2 | DCS: P-51D| DCS: MiG-21
Megagoth1702 Posted November 21, 2012 Posted November 21, 2012 If you could post a track it would be really appreciated. :) Try to create a scenario in the mission editor, watch it, then when you see it happen quit and "save track". Then upload here. It really helps seeing what EXACTLY is going on there. Thanks.
