I dunno how you could go about this other than setting a camera infront of the monitor while they are flying. I did something similar with a webcam, but it wasnt flying in formation, it was just me flying, and i used a webcam to broadcast to my buddy, so that he could check out the game. i was ingame, set webcam up so that it was viewing whole of the monitor screen, then alttabbed out of game, hooked upto buddy and made sure he cud see picture then i alt tabbed back in. It worked but not very great, and i suspect that this is not the option that you would rather use.
