X-52 Fine Tuning the Trim

I have my trim controls for A-10C on 1 of my POV Hats and it works ok. But I am going to start trying to Tanker Refuel and I think I need more finetuned trimming.

 

How do I try and create this in the axis options of the sim for my X-52 Pro?
