eh185 Posted December 1, 2012 Posted December 1, 2012 Good evening, Would it be possible for you to have a look at Ticket Number 17801. Thks for your support. BRGDS Daniel
EtherealN Posted December 1, 2012 Posted December 1, 2012 Looks like you have installed using the wrong installer. This is the installer to use if you have purchased an Upgrade license: http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/index.php?scr=product&ProductId=13&end_pos=136&lang=en Note the filename: KA-50_bs1update_en_1.2.2.7570_69.exe If you have purchased normal version, use this installer: http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/index.php?scr=product&ProductId=12&end_pos=136&lang=en Note the filename: KA-50_release_en_1.2.2.7570_69.exe If you purchased an upgrade license and used the installer with "release" in the name, your license number will not work. In this case, download the correct installer, remove the ".\Mods\aircrafts\Ka-50" folder from your install, and then use the installer with "bs1update" in the file name. eh185 Posted December 2, 2012 Author Posted December 2, 2012 Thanks for your quick answer.I did a re-install following your recommandations but stll have the same error message about invalid serial number.
EtherealN Posted December 2, 2012 Posted December 2, 2012 Common problems: 1) Ensure that you are using the serial number, NOT the transaction number. http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=57556 2) If you have other modules installed, ensure you are inputting the serial number for the right module; the box will state in the top which product it is for. Note that starting a simulator will cause license key checks for all products that are installed. If you have A-10C and BS2 installed, and have activated BS2 but not A-10C, you will get an activation prompt for the Warthog even if it is a Shark flight you are starting. 3) Your registry may have been corrupted. In this case, use the following file: http://forums.eagle.ru/attachment.php?attachmentid=74421&d=1354408106 Unzip and then run the reg file.
