Hi, sorry for the delays.

 

It would seem that your serial number is associated to some account you have not checked, which I will ask staff to check for you tomorrow.

 

NOTE: it is possible to create accounts through the MP interface. This means that you may have created an other account through the MP menu when you first purchased the title, which would then be the one it is associated to.

I'll ask them specifically to check for that. I believe it should show in records and they should then be able to retrieve those details for you.

 

Thankyou for your patience. The problem is in part created by the fact that DCS has transitioned to the modular approach in DCS World. So it's not really something you did "wrong", just that the transition to the new platform changed how things had to be handled and your specific situation slipped through the cracks. Apologies for that.
