Hi

I've recently installed DCS World and two modules: A-1OC and Black Shark 2.

I've run the auto updater manually and it says this in the log file:

00000.000 INFO : === MiniLog opened UTC 2012-12-12 22:35:13

00000.001 INFO : Current version: 1.2.2.7570.13

00000.001 INFO : Checking for updates...

00000.282 INFO : Repair is available.

00000.313 INFO : === MiniLog closed.

I wasn't sure what had been updated, if anything (nothing was downloaded and no install happened), so seeing the "Repair is available" info, I ran the repair utility.

The log file then said this:

A dialog box came up and said an update had been successfully installed.

If I run the Auto updater again, the whole process is repeated over with the same current version number 1.2.2.7570.13)

So what I would like to know is, has my DCS World been updated to the very latest version or is there something wrong happening?

My DCS.exe file says it is file version 1.2.2.7570 dated 23/11/2012 04.21

Thanks,

Chris

You are on latest.

"Repair" is for when you have accidently broken your install, the updater will then, rather than update, "repair" your install through comparing your files to the ones on the server and download anything that is wrong in your install.

You'll notice there being a new install through the updater opening a window when you start with the shortcut, saying that an update is available and asking you if you want it to download and install it.
