alustiza Posted December 15, 2012 Posted December 15, 2012 Hello, I have submitted two problem tickets, that being 17923 and 18048, but as of yet have heard nothing. The problem is that when I purchased the software I was sent an email and the email directed me to the web page for the old version of the A10 flight simulator. Needless to say I did not install that version, but I did install the newest version, but the serial number that came with the email will not work. I was able to see the correct serial on the DCS web site for one time only as I was able to enter that correct serial number one time, but when I went back into the simulator after running once, the application again asked for another serial number. I am unable to use the serial number that came with the email, and the serial number that was on the DCS web site under my login is now gone. This entire thing is very hokey. My problem tickets are nine days old and three days old. Does anyone have any idea as to what the problem may be? I am running the application on Windows 8. Every time I enter the application it asks me for a serial number, but the one I enter is not correct, as it so nicely lets me know every time.:mad:
