Russian A/C warning systems and NVGs

I may be missing something, I doubt it since Ive been playing a while, but why dont the Russian planes in dcs world have NVGS (minus the ka-50 of course) or IR missile warnings? I know they have both IRL. This has been a big problem since FC2 for me as i prefer the Russian planes.
