Hi people!

I bought A10C a months ago in Steam store.

But, I checked my A10C is old version and I want to update to 1.1.1.1

I read some place, I need to get cd-key and use to update A10C.

Although, how can I download the A10C 1.1.1.1 if I bought in Steam?

The Steam Store automatically update to me or I need to do manually?

Tks in advance!

The newest version of DCS A-10C is 1.2.2 (soon 1.2.3), to get this download DCS World and the A-10C Module (click the links) and install them after another (uninstall your old steam version)

You might then have to activate A-10C upon loading the first mission, use the license key provided by Steam to do so.

If you are set on updating you old version to 1.1.1.1 instead, look here to find the appropriate patch for your version (might or might not work with the steam version)

Tks People!

But, I really concern about the file size.

The A10C steam has 5GB. And A10C 1.2.2 has just 331.85MB.

If I uninstall my old steam version (5GB), how the A10C 1.2.2 will be complete?

Best,

DCS World is the base game, with all the 3D models and tech that makes it run.

The A-10C module is just the A-10 specific cockpit and systems.

You have to download and install them both, thats why i linked both of them.

You can uninstall Steam version, and download these directly from http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com:

1. DCS World 1.2.2

2. DCS A10C

First install DCS World (this is the base program with the terrain), then install DCS A10C (it will automatically find DCS World installation).

Run DCS World and play any mission with A10C (for example any Training mission). The program will ask you for activation. You only need to insert the serial number that you have from your Steam A10C (in Steam, go to your library, click DCS A10C, then find the CD KEY - that's the serial number).

Happy playing.

Oh, and with DCS World, you also receive SU25 for free, so you can fly that airplane as well (although it's not as detailed as the Warthog).

DCS A10C Warthog, DCS Black Shark 2, DCS P51D Mustang, DCS UH-1H Huey, DCS Mi-8MTV2 Magnificent Eight, Flaming Cliffs 3, Combined Arms

System: Intel i7 4770k @4,2GHz; MSI Z87-G65; 16GB DDR3 1600 MHz RAM; 128GB SSD SATA3 (system disk); 2TB HDD SATA3 (games disk); Sapphire Radeon R9 290 Tri-X; Windows 7 64bit

Flight controls: Thrustmaster HOTAS Warthog; Saitek Pro Flight Combat Rudder; TrackIR 5; Thrustmaster F16 MFDs; 2x 8'' LCD screens (VGA) for MFD display; 27'' LG LCD full HD main display
