Strange cockpit behavior

Hi. I`m using SoftTH, Helios and latest BS2. Everything is working nice in full screen, helios is in 2nd monitor (not touch) but when I`m tring to touch buttons in cockpit with mouse I`m clicking in a spot but is activating something else (i can`t click were the cursor is). Any help please ?

edit: Doesn`t metter anymore because my FPS are higher (in windows mode) without SoftTH (full screen) and I can click my items inside cockpit so good bye softth.
