BooMaster097 Posted December 30, 2012 Posted December 30, 2012 Hello, I got a new logitech extreme 3d pro x30 for christmas. I go to set it up and I am trying to create a profile for it to use on DCS world and A-10C. When I put either exe files in the given space and setup the profile i would like, then go into the game to try and see if the buttons work, they don't. Is it the way I'm setting up the commands, or is it the file im using. Please help. Thanks in advance.
Manuel Posted December 30, 2012 Posted December 30, 2012 Welcome to the forum. I would suggest to map the buttons directly to the functions in the A10C Menu Controls. You can easily overview your settings by just pressing the buttons in the controls menu. The menu will jump to the position, when it is used. As I can not speak for Logitech but on my Saitek you had a button to press on your saitek software to take the profile into account. We will see if there are more logitech guys here; if, the will respond. If not, map it directly as suggested. You can look for lua profiles on lockonfiles.com. I wish you all the best! CZ_BPK Posted December 30, 2012 Posted December 30, 2012 Hi BooMaster097 As far as i know you have to setup the joystick from within DCS World under Options. Here you can setup the buttons on your joystick, as you would like them to work in the game. Have used Logitech 3d Extreme myself once, i got it to work in DCS A-10C as mentioned above. Hope this was helpful?
