F10 map/ TAD map and city names ?

A quick question...

 

Why are the city/village names on the F10-map and the TAD-map not the same ?

 

For example:

 

- Martvili on the F10-map seems to be Gegeschkari on the TAD-map

 

- Honi on the F10-map seems to be Tsulukidze on the TAD-map
