Damshark Posted January 12, 2013 Posted January 12, 2013 I tried to contact ED because i am having importan issues with my Black Shark 1 instalation, i am waiting for more than a month for an answer to my "ticket" and NO ANSWER YET!!!. I did another cuestions before to ED and always took the more than 25 days for an answer!. I own may games but i can tell you ED customer service is one of the worst i ever tried to contact!. And one of the most expensives (if not the most) simulator i ever bought (i think this last item deserves a good support!!!). Sad... but true... i´m very disappointed... :(, :cry:, :huh:, :doh:, :furious:....................
