I tried to contact ED because i am having importan issues with my Black Shark 1 instalation, i am waiting for more than a month for an answer to my "ticket" and NO ANSWER YET!!!.

I did another cuestions before to ED and always took the more than 25 days for an answer!.

I own may games but i can tell you ED customer service is one of the worst i ever tried to contact!.

And one of the most expensives (if not the most) simulator i ever bought (i think this last item deserves a good support!!!).

 

Sad... but true... i´m very disappointed...

They've been on holiday 29 Dec-8 Jan. And most expensive game? You really haven't bought many have you?

 

What's your question, have you run out of activations. Also post your ticket number.
