Carrier Ops & F-15 Dogfight Pack with normal/harder settings

I found a (surprisingly simple) way to give an option of Normal difficulty / Harder difficulty for this two packs. The missions remain unchanged, but at normal difficulty the enemy fighters will not hunt you down.
