Graphics Skipping Problem

Hello all,

 

Before I installed the 2 patches ( 1.1.1.0 and 1.1.1.1) I had NO skipping but after I have a little skip in frames every 30 secs or so ? can anyone help me with this its really annoying ? I can run medium settings at 60 fps and tried everything on low. I cant figure this out. I am a newbie at this so pls take it easy with me
